Part Livery (B); £475pcm / £109.62pw • Horses living out 24/7 during summer (minimum 5mths) and in at night with daily turnout during winter (maximum 7mths). • Monday to Friday; full muck out and EITHER morning care OR evening care (owner to provide checks, feeding, bring in/turnout at one end of the day) • Bedding and hay/haylage and worming programme consumables included. • ALL appointments attended (vet/farrier/physio, etc) within normal working hours. Orders for specific feeds requested to be delivered by our supplier will be invoiced for monthly in arrears. Clients supplying or requesting their own feed must provide their own storage bins. These are reduced rates in comparison to the assisted livery pricing with a greater discount for greater number of days exercise. Bespoke exercise packages with varying lengths of exercise can be quoted for on request or an average time can be taken over each week to allow for shorter sessions (eg. 20min lunge) and longer sessions (eg. hacking over an hour). Tack cleaning is included packages with 4 or more days exercise per week. Additional services Additional services which are not included within your agreed package may be added as and when they are required on an occasional basis. These will be invoiced for at the end of each month at the rates shown on the assisted livery price list. Packages can be adjusted to your individual requirements. Monthly rates must be paid on the first of each month for the month ahead. All payments due for services from external providers (farrier, vet, etc) are to be dealt with between the supplier and client directly and are not the responsibility of the livery yard. 24/7 turnout can be used from April to October. All horses are stabled at night from November to March. Packages allow for the provision of up to seven months living in at night. Horses requiring ongoing stabling in summer may be subject to a surcharge due to bedding and forage use being above the intended use within the package prices. Shared grazing may be available by agreement with other owners and at the discretion of the yard manager. Package livery prices include the provision of care as outlined in each package irrespective of bank holidays and the festive period. Full and part livery package prices are reviewed annually in October and will increase to reflect annual inflation and changes to the cost of consumables and business overheads. Trailer and small lorry parking is included. Parking for lorries 7.5t and over is charged as detailed on the assisted livery prices. Cliff Farm Livery offers Full Livery and Part Livery options for horses and ponies. The livery yard is situated close to the village of South Carlton, Lincolnshire.
